(CLEVELAND, OH) — Cleveland Police have announced that 52-year-old Ariel Castro is being charged with 4-counts of kidnapping and 3-counts of rape, in the disappearance and ten-year captivity of three Cleveland women. All charges are first degree felonies. His two brothers 50-year old Onil and 54-year-old Pedro are not be charged. According to police, they were NOT aware of the crimes Ariel had committed. The three women, Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight, were found captive Monday night at a run-down house in suburban Cleveland. They had been held by Castro for ten years.
