Jackson Robber Claims “Homeless” Justification

(JACKSON, WY) – An Australian man who robbed a Jackson bank on New Years Eve says he gave his loot to the homeless.  Thirty-nine-year-old Corey Donaldson, who was living in Utah at the time of his arrest earlier this year, claims he gave all $140,000 in stolen cash to the poor. Donaldson reportedly told a US Bank teller that he was going to blow up the building if they didn’t give him money. Donaldson is acting as his own attorney in the case, though a federal judge has already ruled that he can’t use a “Robin Hood” defense to justify his crime.
