State Seeking Wi-Fi Bids for Public Schools
Published at(BOISE, ID) – The state Department of Education is seeking bids on what is projected to be a multi-million-dollar project to provide high-speed wireless Internet in Idaho’s public high schools. The agency will be taking proposals from private contractors through June 28, with the final selection being made before the next school year. School’s aren’t required to opt-in for Wi-Fi, but those who choose the state’s plan will be online by March of next year.
