(IDAHO FALLS, ID) –  Twelve people have been named split-winners of last week’s $1 million Powerball drawing. Connie Baumer bought the winning ticket at the Stinker Store on Yellowstone in Idaho Falls.  She’s part of a 12-person Powerball club made up of emergency room staff at St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson. 11 of the winners are from Wyoming, making it the biggest win for the Cowboy State in Idaho Lottery history. Last Wednesday’s drawing was the third million-dollar win this month.
