(WASHINGTON) — U.S. employers added 195,000 jobs to their payrolls last month, surpassing what economists had anticipated, the Labor Department reported Friday morning.
Economists had expected to see around 170,000 jobs added in June.
The unemployment rate, meanwhile, stayed put at 7.6 percent.
