Homeless Man in Critical Condition

(CHUBBUCK, ID) – A homeless man was taken to Portneuf Medical Center after being found unconscious in a grass median near the Chubbuck Walmart entrance. The 55-year-old man, who is not being identified until his family is contacted, was in critical condition as of Wednesday night. A shopper who was leaving the store found the man unresponsive at around 10 a.m. The man is believed to have tripped and hit his head on a nearby rock. Police say the man has been in the area for about three weeks.
