(NEW YORK) — Sherri Shepherd has been slimming down – she has lost a total of 46 pounds.
The View co-host told People magazine the secret to her success was adding exercise to her routine.
“It was about two years ago, before I got married,” Shepherd said, according to People magazine. “I was 197 pounds, sitting on my couch, eating pizza and watching infomercials… this infomercial for Zumba showed up and I couldn’t get to my credit card fast enough! I knew it was time.”
Shepherd cut out her pizza and infomercial binges and began taking Zumba classes three days a week.
Shepherd has now slimmed down from 197 pounds to 151 pounds.
