(FLORHAM PARK, N.J.) — The New York Jets signed free agent wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi on Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 26-year-old Massaquoi was cut by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday, after signing a two-year contract during the off-season.
Massaquoi was originally drafted by the Browns out of Georgia in the second round of the 2009 NFL draft. He spent four seasons in Cleveland, where he had 118 receptions for 1,745 yards and seven touchdowns in 54 regular season games.
