Raiders Still Undecided about QB

Al Messerschmidt/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- The Oakland Raiders still are unsure of who will be named the starting quarterback this season.

Head coach Dennis Allen said after Friday's 34-26 loss that he is still looking into the situation as the team has one preseason game remaining.

"I think obviously we have to look at it. I think when you look at it I don't think Matt [Flynn] played well in this game," Allen said. "Obviously, I thought Terrelle [Pryor] came in and gave us a spark. I thought he played well in the game. I think that's something that we have to go and look at it."

Flynn was brought in during the offseason after spending last season with the Seahawks, but has been inconsistent all preseason long.  Pryor has looked good and has been able to push the ball down the field when given the opportunity.

"What I want to look at is who gives us the best chance to move the ball down the field and score points," Allen said. "Obviously I'm not going to look at one night and base any type of decision on one night. I'll go back and I'll look at it and we'll see where we go from here."

The Raiders are 1-2 this preseason and will play the Seattle Seahawks on August 29.  They open their regular season on the road against the Colts.
