(HAILEY, ID) – A once massive fire that threatened thousands of homes in the Sun Valley and Ketchum areas is now fully contained. The 170-square-mile Beaver Creek Fire took its last breath Monday morning. Crews are now working to repair areas where fire lines were created, though long-term erosion control remains a major concern. Some regions affected by the fire are still closed to the public.
