Jack Osbourne Loses His Unborn Baby

Gregg DeGuire/WireImage(NEW YORK) — Jack Osbourne and his wife Lisa announced early Friday morning that they lost their unborn baby. It would’ve been the second child for the couple.
“I have been dreading this announcement,” Lisa, who was in her second trimester, wrote on her blog Raddest Mom. “I needed some time before being able to say it. Jack and I lost our baby boy last week.”
“Having a late term miscarriage is by far the hardest thing either of us have ever had to go through,” the 26-year-old continued. “We appreciate all of your prayers and ask for privacy and respect during this time.”
“It’s important to stay hopeful and optimistic through life’s toughest moments. We never know why things like this happen. All we can do is trust in God and know he has a plan for our lives,” she added.
The pair recently celebrated Jack’s inclusion as a celebrity competitor on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, which debuts its 17th season September 16.
Jack and Lisa wed last October in Hawaii. The two are already parents to their 16-month-old daughter Pearl Clementine.
