(JACKSON, WY) – The National Park Service is welcoming all active and former members of the military to all national parks this weekend. It’s all part of an annual Veteran’s Day initiative to honor those who served the the U.S. Armed Forces. In addition, all active duty personnel and their families can pick up a free pass that enables them to visit all national parks, wildlife refuges, and other federally-controlled sites that normally charge entrance fees. Those seeking the pass will need to show a valid military identification card.
