The win puts Oklahoma City (33-10) a half game up on San Antonio (32-10) for first place in the Western Conference. It’s also the Thunders’ third win over the Spurs this season.

While Durant was the star, his teammate Reggie Jackson played a great supporting role. Jackson finished the night with 27 points and eight assists in the win.

The Spurs lost forward Kawhi Leonard late in the second quarter when he suffered a non-displaced fracture in his right hand.

Durant scored 24 points once Leonard left the game.

Tony Parker led all-scorers with 37 points in the loss.

The game was a back-and-forth affair in the third quarter that featured six ties and four lead changes, but the Thunder never trailed in the fourth as it won its fifth straight.
