Homeless Man Charged With Arson

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Idaho Falls Police arrested a homeless man early Wednesday accused of arson. Thirty-one-year-old Charles Hill allegedly broke into a garage on the 1400-block of Riviera. He then started two fires and stole a gas can, which he used to light a fire in a barbecue on the 1800-block of East 17th Street. Witnesses say Hill was also trying to break into apartments. Hill remains in custody on a $10,000 bond.
