(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Idaho Falls Police have arrested a man accused of trying to strangle a woman early Thursday.  Witnesses say 25-year-old Jesse Park was arguing with a 21-year-old female acquaintance who had a restraining order against him. Park allegedly punched the woman, who then began yelling and honking a car horn to get help. He was then seen putting his hands around the victim’s throat before being pulled away by a neighbor. Park has been charged with domestic battery and violating a no contact order.
