Wyoming’s License Plate Voted Most Attractive

Ji?í Flögel/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Ever spot an out-of-state license plate you wish you owned?
CarInsurance.com recently took a survey, asking respondents to name the state with the best-looking standard-issue license plate.
The hands-down winner was Wyoming, which sports a cowboy sitting atop a bucking bronco. Second place went to Hawaii’s rainbow design while Utah and the rock formation that adorns its license plate was next. Rounding out the top five was Oregon and Alabama.
As for favorite license plate slogan, CarInsurance.com reports that “Sweet Home Alabama” was voted number one with New Hampshire’s time-honored “Live Free or Die” in second.
As for the least attractive plates, Delaware won this dubious category, followed by Arkansas, Michigan, Alaska and Virginia.
