The Baltimore Sun says Robert C. Williams is the man seen on camera robbing a PNC Bank in Laurel Wednesday morning, and his problems began because he apparently forgot to bring a bag to carry his loot.

After he reportedly demanded money from the teller, Williams is seen turning to the exit, then dropping what authorities say is more than $20,000 all over the floor of the bank. He uses an upturned umbrella he found in the bank to scoop up all the money before leaving the bank — before apparently slipping on the ice and cracking his head open before making it to his getaway car.

Cops gave chase, and eventually used spike strips to flatten two of Williams’ tires. After a foot chase, he was apprehended and charged with bank robbery and a host of traffic violations.

His mugshot shows Williams sporting a large bandage on his head.
