ICE Plane Makes Emergency Landing with Sickened Passengers Aboard
(MOBILE, Ala.) -- Passengers reported Coughing, difficulty breathing and eye irritation when a federal plane made an emergency landing at the Mobile, Ala., airport Friday night.
U.S. immigration officials confirm to ABC News it was one of their aircrafts going from Alexandria, La., to Miami, Fla., with no detainees onboard.
Mobile Fire Rescue official Steve Huffman says all 10 passengers were sickened, but the crew was unaffected. Only one person was taken to a local hospital.
"That person had some other unrelated medical problems," he said.
