Denny’s Disturbance Leads to Arrest

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man was arrested following a disturbance at Denny’s Monday night.  Detectives say 53-year-old Richard Seeley was intoxicated and was disturbing other customers by making loud, obnoxious comments about religion. When an officer arrived, Seeley reportedly punched him in the chest several times. Authorities unsuccessfully fired a Taser but were able to handcuff Seeley after using pepper spray. He was later booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
