ESPN: Patriots Pick Up Left Tackle Solder’s Option
Published at(NEW YORK) — The New England Patriots picked up the fifth-year option of left tackle Nate Solder’s contract, according to ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates.
The 26-year-old Solder, who was selected by the Pats with the 17th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, is projected to make $7.438 million.
Solder’s 2015 salary is guaranteed for injury only. It becomes fully guaranteed on the first day of the 2015 league year.
