Alpine Man Killed in Crash

(ALPINE, WY) – A Wyoming man is dead after a crash on U.S. Highway 26 Tuesday afternoon.  Idaho State Police say 65-year-old Neil Anderson of Alpine was headed eastbound near Palisades Reservoir when he lost control of his pickup and rolled it down an embankment. Anderson, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
