Brush Fire Prompts Evacuations

(FORT HALL, ID) – A brush fire prompted the evacuation of a few homes on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation Friday night. Crews from at least eight area fire and police departments responded to the scene near Siphon and Laughran roads. Officials were able to keep the flames at bay while several nearby roads were blocked off. No structural damage was reported. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
