Corruption Case Against Bannock County Dismissed
Published at(POCATELLO, ID) – A voter fraud case against more than 100 Bannock County elections workers has been dismissed.
Conservative activist Ralph Lillig accused the workers of corruption after his referendum on Pocatello’s non-discrimination ordinance failed in May.
A recount confirmed the original tally. Authorities say both sides have agreed to dismiss the case without prejudice, though it’s possible that Lillig could take the case back to court in the future.
