Thomas Hooley

(TWIN FALLS, ID)  —  A Twin Falls man was convicted Tuesday for the throat slashing of an eastern Idaho resident last year.   Prosecutors say Thomas Hooley and an accomplice, Ryan Cunningham, brutally attacked Jason Given in an old winery near Wendell last July. Given, of Blackfoot, survived having his throat cut, and was able to testify against his attackers during the trial. Hooley will be sentenced Sept. 30.  Cunningham is already serving a four-to-15-year sentence for felony aggravated battery.
