Allstate Roadside Leaving Chubbuck

(CHUBBUCK, ID) – Allstate is closing its roadside assistance division in Chubbuck. The call center was projected to employ more than 200 workers when it opened in early 2013.
Executives say Allstate isn’t leaving Chubbuck completely, and that other divisions will replace the Roadside Services portion of the facility.
They hope to keep as many staff members on as possible in other roles, while outsourcing jobs to call centers in Utah.
