Television that includes bonuses, production deals, a larger percentage of syndication earnings and paychecks of around $1 million per episode, according to Deadline.

Production of the upcoming season eight was delayed by contract negotiations.  According to Deadline, the new production start date for season eight will be Wednesday, Aug. 6.  Originally, the cast was supposed to report to their first “table read” on July 30.

Deadline says the contracts are in the “Friends salary territory, scoring paychecks of $1 million per episode for the 72 episodes the show is slated to produce in seasons eight, nine and 10.”  The trio previously earned a reported $325,000 per episode.

Co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, who weren’t initially series regulars, have already agreed to new deals with Warner Bros. Television.

Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg have yet to sign on the dotted line.

The Big Bang Theory will return to CBS on Sept. 22 with an hour-long premiere.
