ESPN is reporting that Bosch has reached a deal to plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids.

It is also being reported that professional athletes are not the focus of the latest investigation, only those who were distributors and other contributors to the operation.

There have been nearly 20 professional athletes who have been linked to Bosch, including Nelson Cruz, Bartolo Colon, Ryan Braun, Melky Cabrera, and Rodriguez. All received suspensions that varied in length for their role with Biogenesis and Bosch.

Clinic records also revealed the names of somewhere around 15 high school or college athletes who were Bosch patients and may have received PEDs from him.

ESPN’s “Outside the Lines” is reporting the federal investigation is largely based on whether or not Bosch acted like a physician when he is not licensed to do so, how his clinic obtained HGH and other steroids, and whether or not teenagers were provided with illegal drugs.
