Boaters Rescued from Henry’s Lake

(ISLAND PARK, ID) – Two stranded boaters were rescued from Henry’s Lake early Saturday.
Search and Rescue officials from Fremont County say rough water and bad cell phone service made it difficult for them to reach the boaters.
KIDK reports that their boat reportedly stopped working about 300 yards from shore, keeping them stranded for about three hours. Crews were able to get the boaters back to shore at around1:20 a.m. Saturday.
No injuries were reported.
