Published at(NEW YORK) — Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway stock hit a new milestone on Thursday, closing above $200,000 for the first time ever.
Just one share of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock is now worth $202,850. The stock is already up 14 percent this year, well ahead of the S&P 500, which is up 5.8 percent year-to-date.
Berkshire Hathaway stock first hit $1,000 in 1983.
