Officers Identified in Trespassing Inicident

(BLACKFOOT, ID) – The identities of all five people involved in a drunken trespassing incident west of Blackfoot earlier this month has been released. Jake Yancey, Andrew Adrignola, Ryan Anthony and Anthony Overby have been named in a incident report issued by the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
None are being fired, but both the police department and prosecutor’s office tell Local News 8 that they will be taking disciplinary action.
Prosecutor Cleve Colson announced Wednesday that Darci Anthony, a receptionist in his office, was part of a group involved. Anthony will not be criminally charged, but she will face disciplinary action by her employer.
On Aug. 5, the five were caught by deputies at the General Mill grain elevator in Rockford. Authorities said they were trespassing on private property while intoxicated.
