Bujak Speaks Out on Same-Sex Marriage

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – Libertarian gubernatorial candidate John Bujak says Idaho is wasting taxpayer money by defending its gay marriage ban in federal court. KIDK reports that he doesn’t “think [the] government should be in the business of telling people how to make choices in their [lives].”
Bujak thinks the estimated $1 million in legal fees would be better spent on education and infrastructure.
The latest polls show Republican Gov. Butch Otter leading his Democratic opponent A.J. Balukoff by 18 points. Three percent are committed to third party candidates, while another 13 percent remain undecided.
