Idaho Falls Man Charged with Assault

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man has been charged with felony aggravated assault and possession of stolen property.
Idaho Falls Police say 22-year-old Logan Blackburn allegedly threatened a 19-year-old woman with a knife during an argument Aug. 27. It happened at a residence on the 100-block of East 13th Street.
Blackburn, who fled the scene before police arrived, was taken into custody near the intersection of 24th and Lee Streets.
He remains held on a $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 9.
