Michigan RB Derrick Green’s Season Is Over
Published at(ANN ARBOR, Mich.) –Things keep getting worse for the University of Michigan football program.
In six games this season, Green has rushed for 471 yards and three touchdowns for Michigan (2-4, 0-2 Big Ten) which is off to its worst start in Big Ten play since 1967.
Without Green the Wolverines will use sophomore De’Veon Smith, redshirt junior Justice Hayes and possibly sophomore Drake Johnson at running back.
“I’m very confident in the three guys that will be doing most of the work at running back,” Hoke said. “I’m highly confident in what they bring and what they can do.”
