Organic Food Company Considering Heinz Site

(POCATELLO, ID) – An organic food manufacturer is considering a move to the Gate City. California-based Amy’s Kitchen could be the new tenant at the Pocatello Heinz site.
KPVI reports that the company makes natural frozen foods and is considering the Heinz facility as an option, but nothing definitive has been decided. Heinz, which announced a closure last year, still owns the plant.
Amy’s Kitchen executives expect to have a more definitive answer within a month.
