Otter to Deliver State of State on Monday

Boise, Idaho- Funding for Education and Transportation are some of the topics that are expected to be addressed in the new Legislative session that begins Monday. Governor Butch Otter will lay out his priorities when he delivers the State of the State address Monday afternoon.
Education spending is expected to be a major topic as he lays out his proposals for the upcoming budget. Otter has stated he wants to return to return education spending to pre-recessional levels.
