RIGBY — Allegations of corruption continue to cause division in Jefferson County since Sheriff Blair Olsen was charged with four felony counts of misusing public funds. Members of the Restoring Integrity Project spoke with Jolyn Thomas about Olsen. They say the charges are just the tip of the iceberg.

The following clips are discussions with two callers — Bruce Baxter, co-founder of the Restoring Integrity Project and Shelley Allred, a former Jefferson County employee and member of the Restoring Integrity Project. Bill Phillips, also with the project, was in studio with Jolyn Thomas. The Restoring Integrity Project is a citizens group of Jefferson County residents who have ongoing concerns with Jefferson County

Baxter, Allred and Phillips said there is further public interest in exploring rumored corruption in County Prosecutor Robin Dunn’s office. Dunn, along with Olsen, has faced significant media and public scrutiny over the last year.

A citizens group calling themselves ‘We The People of Jefferson County’ is pushing for the recall of Dunn. The recall election is scheduled March 10.
