MUST WATCH: Man trampled by bull during Idaho Falls bull run

IDAHO FALLS – A man was trampled by a bull during the Patriot Bull Run Saturday, but that didn’t keep him down – he jumped right back up and ran four more times with the large animals!

Video shot by spectators shows the bull charging into the man and forcing him to the ground. It appears two other bulls step on the man but, according to spectators, he got right back up and kept running.

Organizers of the Patriot Bull Run say the man was not seriously injured and he even ran with the bulls during four additional heats of the race. No other runners reported getting hurt during the event.

This was the first time a bull run was held in Idaho Falls. Organizers say around 150 people ran with the animals at Sandy Downs and hundreds watched from the bleachers. After the run, a huge tomato fight was held and a drone captured some of the race and tomato fight on camera.

“Everybody had a really good time,” Patriot Bull Run co-organizer Grant Cox said. “It was a big success and folks can definitely look forward to another Idaho bull run in the future.”

Part of the proceeds from the race go toward the Marsoc Foundation, a non-profit supporting active duty and medically retired Marines.
