Police: Help us identify the ‘Portland Pooper’

PORTLAND, Ore. — The search is on for an Oregon man who has been on caught on camera pooping in public places all over town.
After several repeated instances alongside a local business, the company owner printed fliers to try and track down the pooper.
“I find it interesting that he has toilet paper with him, it’s very pre-planned,” Catrina Salazar told KOIN 6 TV. “You just don’t really know what to expect around here. People, they like do their own thing, they kind of march to the beat of their own drum.”
Police have formally identified the man as a suspect. He could face offensive littering charges.
