Madison Bobcats eliminated from playoffs after Mavericks win

POCATELLO – The Madison Bobcats were eliminated from the state football playoffs by Mountain View by two points, ending the game 23 to 21.

Leading at halftime 14 to 10, Madison failed to score in the third period while the Mavericks took a 23 to 14 lead. Madison scored a touchdown late in the fourth period, but a long drive by Mountain View ran the clock out for the win.
