Two arrested in traffic stop for stolen gun, drugs
Published at | Updated atIDAHO FALLS — A man and woman are in the Bonneville County Jail after being arrested during a traffic stop Wednesday, Jan. 6.
Police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of G Street around 9:00 a.m. for suspicious activity and a traffic violation.
During the stop, police say the driver, 27-year-old Devon Rowberry, was found in possession of a stolen
.45 caliber semi‐auto handgun.
Rowberry’s passenger, 30‐year‐old Trisha A. Spellerberg, was also allegedly found in possession of drug
paraphernalia. Police say she also made unlawful entry into a residence in the 400 block of G
Street.
Rowberry is charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm.
Spellerberg is charged for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful entry.
