IDAHO FALLS — The Idaho Falls Chukars are excited to announce the newest member of their broadcasting team in 2016. Andrew Haynes will join John Balginy in the booth for all Chukars home games, as well as handling the broadcasting duties when the team is on the road in 2016. “I’m excited to get up to the northwest and experience all that Idaho Falls has to offer. More importantly, I look forward to seeing the talent sent to Melaleuca Field by the World Series champion Kansas City Royals!”

Haynes, who was born and raised in Fresno, CA, graduated from Fresno State in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and journalism. Haynes returned to his alma mater in 2012, and since then he has served as a broadcaster for Fresno State’s flagship radio station, as well as various high school sports around the area. In 2010, Haynes was a media relations intern and broadcaster for the East Texas Pump Jacks of the Texas Collegiate League, and he will carry that baseball experience to the Chukars booth this summer.

Tune in to hear Haynes and the legendary voice of John Balginy over the airwaves this summer for all Chukars home games! All games will be broadcasted on ESPN 980 AM, 105.1 FM and 94.5 FM (Pocatello), and online at www.ifchukars.com.
