IDAHO FALLS — A 15-year-old runaway is still missing a week after his disappearance was reported.

Roger Ramirez was last seen when he left his residence on the 200 block of Buckboard on the night of March 15. Ramirez was reported as a runaway on March 16.

“There have been no leads in regards to contact made with Ramirez,” said John Cowley, a School Resource Officer. “I personally speak to friends of his daily, who are helping locate him (and) no one has been able to reach him through social media.”

Cowley said police are covering all their bases and looking at all possible outcomes.

EastIdahoNews.com reached out to the family. They didn’t want to comment, other than to say they are anxious to get their son home safely.

Idaho Falls Police say Ramirez is not considered in immediate danger.

“But there is great concern that no one has heard from him in a while … he’s previously disappeared in the past, but usually after a day he’s been found or at least been in contact with someone,” Hansen wrote in an email last week.

Ramirez, of Idaho Falls, is 5’3” and 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Hollister brand t‐shirt, grey and black lightweight jacket and black jeans.

Anyone with information on Ramirez whereabouts or who has had contacted him is asked to contact IFPD at (208) 529‐1200.
