I.F. fire department puts out residential fire
Published at | Updated atIDAHO FALLS — Emergency personnel responded to the 500 block of Neptune Drive for a reported home fire on Friday night.
Witnesses at the scene said neighbors warned the home occupants about smoke coming from the home. Everyone evacuated the home before the Idaho Falls Fire Department arrived on scene just after 7:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
No flames were visible outside, but there was a significant amount of smoke. Firefighters did enter the residence with hoses to put out a fire.
It is unclear if the occupants of the home will be able to return to the house immediately.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
