Martin was transported by ambulance from the crash scene to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, where he was treated for minor injuries and released to deputies.

Martin was then booked into the Bonneville County Jail for felony charges of eluding and robbery. No other people were injured during the pursuit and along with damage to a patrol car there was minor damage to yard and landscaping at two residences in the area of the pursuit.
