Potato Nematodes Infect 10th E. Idaho Field
Published at(EASTERN IDAHO) – The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced that another eastern Idaho field has been infected with the potato cyst nematode. It’s the tenth field to become infected since the pest was first discovered in Bingham County five years ago. In spite of nearly $36 million being spent on efforts to eliminate nematodes, officials are unclear how the roundworms may have spread.
