Another Mountain Lion Spotted In Rigby

A prowling mountain lion is killing pets and terrorizing residents in Rigby. Local News 8 reports that the cougar has been spotted several times near homes in the Cottonwood Estates area. One resident reported having nine pet rabbits and a dog killed by the cougar. Fish and Game officials say they’ve had a tough time trying to catch the cat, but are still on the lookout. They say locals should make sure their kids are playing in large groups to deter the cougar from hanging around the area.
