Rexburg Neighborhood Fights Soliciting

A Rexburg neighborhood is fighting against solicitors. Local News 8 reports that several residents have taken their complaints to the City Council. Rexburg officials say solicitors are required to have a permit, though most door-to-door salesmen don’t have them. They say residents should call the police if they suspect a problem. Solicitors without a permit can be charged up to $100 a day.
