Montana Couple Hits Moose on I-86

(POCATELLO) – A Montana couple was hospitalized Sunday evening after colliding with a moose on I-86 near Pocatello. 71-year-old Delmar Hayden and his wife Donna were driving eastbound near the Simplot exit when they hit the moose. Idaho State Police say the moose had been hit by another car just moments earlier and died after being hit the second time. The Haydens were hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.
