Man Stabs Roommate Over Loud Music

(IDAHO FALLS) – Idaho Falls Police have taken a man into custody after he allegedly stabbed his roommate for playing loud music last week. 24-year-old Maurico Edgardo Tejada-Rodriguez was charged with aggravated battery. Police responded to the incident Sept. 30 on the 2300 block of Stace Street. The suspect was later arrested on Tuesday and was interrogated by immigration authorities before being booked into the Bonneville County jail. A preliminary hearing has been set for Oct. 11.
