Poachers Kill 7×7 Bull Elk, Leave to Die

(BELLEVUE) – The Idaho Department of Fish and Game is looking for someone who poached a trophy bull elk in central Idaho a week ago. Authorities say the elk had seven points on each side, and was shot and left to die in an area southwest of Bellevue. The elk’s meat will be given to a needy family in the area, though authorities have taken possession of the antlers. To report a poacher, call 1-800-632-5999.
